Dean Frazier

Mr. Dean Frazier has 34 years of experience in ingredient, packaging, and machinery procurement, sales, and plant operations.

From 2002 through 2006 he was senior purchasing manager for Cargill Animal Nutrition. During his time with Cargill, he was involved in worldwide sourcing for all non-grain feed ingredients, machinery and parts, US multiwall bags, and was general manager of Cargill Animal Nutritions's US premix operation. His primary focus was cost reduction and sales growth. In the 5 year period, he more than quadrupled the net after tax profit of the premix business.

In 1995, Dean started Frazier Engineering which does ingredient and equipment sourcing, sells packaging, plus builds and installs medical air compressor and medical vacuum systems. Agribrands International was his largest consulting client when Agribrands was bought by Cargill.

Previously he was purchasing manager for Purina Mills in ingredient and packaging purchasing; senior manager of engineering purchasing for Ralston Purina; purchasing manager for ADM Corn Sweeteners; and a construction/operations supervisor for the ADM soybean division.

Dean has a BS and MS degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Missouri. He and his wife Linda live in St. Louis, Missouri and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
